How do I install one of the extensions?

Once an extension is approved on the Chrome Web Store, visit the listing and click Add to Chrome. Edge users can install the same extension from the Edge Add-ons store. After install, open the extension's Options page (right click the icon - Options) and paste the wtk_ API token you'll find on your WETYR Platform dashboard.

I lost my API token. How do I get a new one?

Sign in at platform.wetyr.com, open the dashboard, and click Rotate next to the API Token card. The new token will be revealed once - copy it immediately. Old tokens are invalidated as soon as a new one is issued.

One of the extensions stopped working after a website update

The most common cause is the target site (LinkedIn, Zillow, Amazon, etc.) renaming a CSS class. Our extensions have fallback selector chains and usually self-recover within a release cycle. If the issue persists for more than a week, email support@wetyr.com with the extension name and the URL where it failed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the billing portal, find the active subscription, and click Cancel at period end. You keep access until the period closes. Refunds for unused time are available within 14 days of the original purchase by emailing billing@wetyr.com.

Can my whole team share one subscription?

Yes - every product has a Team or Agency tier with shared seats, shared data, and admin reporting. The Signal Sales OS bundle (LeadSignal + MeetSignal + PipeSignal) is sold per seat at $149/seat/month for teams.

How do I export my data or delete my account?

Email privacy@wetyr.com. We deliver a JSON export within 7 days and complete account deletion within 30 days. See the full privacy policy for details.

I think I found a security issue

Please email security@wetyr.com with reproduction steps. We respond within 24 hours business days and acknowledge responsible disclosures in our release notes.

Is there a status page?

Not yet - we'll publish one at status.wetyr.com once the customer base is large enough to need it. In the meantime, current incidents are announced via email to all account owners and noted on this page.
