Once an extension is approved on the Chrome Web Store, visit the listing and click Add to Chrome. Edge users can install the same extension from the Edge Add-ons store. After install, open the extension's Options page (right click the icon - Options) and paste the wtk_ API token you'll find on your WETYR Platform dashboard.
Sign in at platform.wetyr.com, open the dashboard, and click Rotate next to the API Token card. The new token will be revealed once - copy it immediately. Old tokens are invalidated as soon as a new one is issued.
The most common cause is the target site (LinkedIn, Zillow, Amazon, etc.) renaming a CSS class. Our extensions have fallback selector chains and usually self-recover within a release cycle. If the issue persists for more than a week, email support@wetyr.com with the extension name and the URL where it failed.
Open the billing portal, find the active subscription, and click Cancel at period end. You keep access until the period closes. Refunds for unused time are available within 14 days of the original purchase by emailing billing@wetyr.com.
